The Carteret Kraze Organization has a philosophy of instilling in its members a sense of fair play, good sportsmanship, and a commitment to creating an environment that will enhance player development and provide the framework to build a positive self-image as part of the athletic experience.We believe that our greatest contribution is in teaching young people the values of competition: to make a commitment, to work hard, to strive for excellence, to sacrifice to make the team better, and to be the best you can be as a person and as an athlete. We believe that our job is to develop the total person and athlete. Our players learn to respect the game of fastpitch softball and all who are involved in it.
