The RBI Lightning 18U fastpitch team is made up of girls from the Southern Tier playing "A" level travel softball. The goal is to provide them with a safe, positive and professional atmosphere where they can improve their skills year-round. To teach them sportsmanship and dedication and what a team player is all about. We will teach the proper fundamentals of all aspects of softball that will enhance their skills. The coaching staff is committed in teaching life lessons, confidence, discipline, self-esteem as well as "how to play the game the right way". While preparing these young ladies to play softball at the highest level, our focus will be to create a solid foundation for their future. Players will learn all aspects of the game including, learning to think the game, play the game and, of course, how to respect the game. Players will leave this organization understanding that team comes first, and that loyalty and commitment are crucial components to team "LIGHTNING". Team Lightning was established to provide the players, coaches and parents a positive, challenging and rewarding environment for success.
