Our Mission
The Diamond Dolls Fastpitch Organization recognizes its mission to build a respected program that is characterized by excellence and competitiveness on both the local and national levels. Our primary goal is to provide our athletes the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential both physically and mentally, to raise their softball IQ, and to develop their character, maturity, and sense of fair play. Through a thorough tournament selection process, we will provide our athletes with the opportunity to test themselves against the best in their sport.
Through participation in training and competitive activities, our organization aims to teach several values: the importance of developing a sound work ethic; motivation, and perseverance in all game situations; a sense of group loyalty and the ability to work as a team; a feeling of pride in accomplishment through fair and honest means; and a sense of good sportsmanship and high level of personal integrity and ethical conduct.
Through on the field experience and instruction in classroom settings, we will instruct our athletes in every aspect of Fastpitch softball.
Through our strength and conditioning program, we will help our athletes become physically fit, and will instill in them the importance of making physical health and strength a lifestyle choice.
We will equip our girls with the knowledge of the game, leadership skills, and self-assuredness both on and off the field that is necessary for them to be recognized by college coaches. Our ultimate goal is to develop elite teams and players with strong character that compete at a high level, providing them with what they need to obtain NCAA commitments. The Diamond Dolls Organization will educate and guide the girls though their entire college recruitment process.
In the end, each Doll will work hard, play fair, and remain determined. A Diamond Dolls athlete will be recognizable by her strong character, her advanced knowledge of Fastpitch softball, and her commitment to the game.
